What is owned plant cover?
If your plant is damaged when you're on a job, it can cost money and time to get it repaired or replaced; it could even put the job in danger of being delayed or left unfinished. This cover is designed to get your plant repaired or replaced quickly and at no extra cost to your business.
What's covered?
Damage to your plant can slow down a job and it can cost money to get it repaired. This optional extension to our tradesman policy can offer peace of mind by;
- Covering the cost of getting your plant repaired or replaced if it is damaged whilst in your care
- Compensating you for repair or replacement of your plant if it is damaged whilst being transported
- Covering your plant in the UK and EU
How do I get this cover?
- Owned plant cover is an optional extension to our tradesman insurance policy
