What does Hired In Plant cover?

This cover option can provide cover for loss of or damage to hired-in contractor’s plant of all types including scaffolding, temporary buildings and site office contents, anywhere within the European Union. So, if you have hired-in plant, and under your hiring agreement you are liable to pay for damages sustained to this equipment, this cover is designed to pay those costs. We offer cover limits of between £10,000 and £250,000. An excess of £250 applies to each claim against this cover.
