Policies for your business
Trade Direct Insurance's self employed contractors public liability policy provides you with cover limits of £1 million, £2 million and £5 million and employers liability cover for direct employees or labour only sub-contractors up to a maximum of 15 people.
We offer fast, hassle free quality cover at a great price, including a No Claim Discount of up to 15% - if you have been trading for at least three years and have three claim free years (lower discounts are achievable if you do not meet this criteria). If you choose our Classic or Plus cover you will also get up to £1,000 cover for your tools. This cover is effective 24 hours a day, anywhere in the EU, and includes overnight thefts from your vehicle following a violent and forcible break in to your vehicle. If necessary, cover can be extended up to £15,000.
Another benefit is £100,000 of Professional Indemnity Insurance as well as £100,000 indemnity for Financial Loss Insurance. Plant and machinery from £2,500 up to £250,000 can be insured on site and you can even arrange for an extension to cover hire items from £10,000 to £250,000 and continuing hire charges in the event of loss or damage.
